Delivery time is 2 to 4 working days from the date of confirmation of your order. Working days are Mondays to Fridays, 0900 hrs to 2200 hrs, excluding public holidays in Singapore. Please expect slight delays in delivery during sales and promotional periods.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $3.90 per order.
We delivery throughout Singapore, except for the following areas: P.O. boxes, military zones, airports, shipyards, and whole island areas such as Pulau Ubin.
All deliveries are made through Ninja Van and Qxpress. The shipment tracking number can be found in your shipment confirmation email, or by accessing “My Account” on the Green Steps website.
In exceptional circumstances, please note that you may receive your order from a different courier.
In the event of any signs of severely damaged packaging (e.g. torn, with holes), please reject shipment from the courier company.
Billing, credit card and address details
To ensure on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please also ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly.
Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank and incorrect delivery address will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information.
Cancelling and modifying orders
Our goal is to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.
